I don't remember if I've shard this before, but I just placed my second business card order with www.uprinting.com. The last time, I got 3000 full color, double sided, heavy card stock, glossy, full bleed cards for $64 including shipping. They're exactly as I designed them. Their standard turnaround time is only 3 days, too, so very quick. I get no kickback for mentioning them- just a happy customer.
Jamilah gave me the absolutely brilliant idea of putting my aftercare instructions on the backs of the cards. I was printing them 4 to a page and handing them out, then printing my own cards on my computer. This was both inefficient and expensive, and I was always running out of one or the other. This way makes SO much more sense! And is prettier. _________________ Lauren

Yes, it's essential to have the aftercare on your card. It both ensures that the customer knows what to do AND gives you a great excuse to hand them your card.
Thanks for the link. I haven't tried them, but it's almost time for me to make new cards. Do they have an online Photoshop-style editor like overnightprints.com does? _________________ Gallery: http://www.hennalounge.com

They do have an online designer, and I found it quite helpful. _________________ Lauren

I am finally going to break down and, with help from a graphic designer friend, make business cards that are also aftercare cards.
Kree has had these for a while now and I was immediately struck by the practicality of the idea. BANG - they have your card in hand AND a reminder of 'how henna works' AND perhaps a bio or resume.
For my new ones I will also be including a four-photo time lapse of how a design changes over time, from paste-on to 48 hours after paste removal. Then the front will have a beautiful full color pic of a henna design at peak stain. _________________ The purpose of our lives is to be happy.
