I have two situations that I am interested in doing.

Some people would call me unfortunate, but I have had grey/white hair at a young age. Now My hair is more grey than my natural brown and have been dying it for some time.

I colour my hair light brown for many years, a little lighter than my natural (N5). I am either thinking of doing henna and Indigo to somehow make a light brown or I am thinking about dying my hair closer to blond, letting my natural hair grow in and using cassia to dye the grey and having my brown also show through. In doing this I need to look presentable during this transition.

Here is the colour that I have now, which is many different colours since I did a Herbaltint to my hair and it went all weird. Underneath is more darker than the top and some spots the previous colour shows through. I was informed it's because I do acid washes in my hair and it took the dye out. When it's tied up in a pony tail it looks more darker.

Has anyone done this here and could they show me their results and steps on how they did it? I would love to just be able to cover my grey and leave what is left of my natural brown come through.

Also how long does cassia last for once you've done it a few times and how would I darken the grey cassia'd blond if it's too light for my complection?
