Henna Brand Database
This database of henna brands is intended to be a collection of opinions of different henna brands from HennaTribe artists; it is not intended to be a scientific assessment of any of these brands. We welcome the opinions of anyone on any brand of henna; the more we get the more useful this database will be. Please note that the opinions below do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the HennaTribe staff. Information on submitting your tests can be found at the bottom of this page.

If you would like to comparison test henna for this site, please be use the same recipe for all brands, test all the pastes on the palm of the hand at the same time, and use the same line weight in your test designs. This will ensure a more accurate comparison.
When sending your results please indicate the name of the henna, your comments on it, the country of origin, where you bought it and your name. Please also send a picture of the box and a picture of the test on skin; please name the picture of the box with the name of the brand, and name the test images with the brand name, the word test and a number (e.g., "brand x test1.jpg", "brand x test 2.jpg"). Please also indicate whether or not the henna in the test pictures are terped or not. Please also provide details of your test like which terp you used, what is in your mix, how long you left it on, what kind of aftercare you used etc.
